Servicies: After choosing the required categories of tickets to the chosen museums, the visitor of the platform pays for the order and gets a QR code to visit the object without queuing. Further, depending on the technical equipment of the museum, the user either at once applies the received QR code to the turnstile and goes to the museum seamlessly or exchanges the code for a paper ticket at the Biletarium employee directly at the entrance to the museum object.
Biletarium also offers an opportunity to buy group tickets for tour operators, working with large groups of Russian and foreign tourists. This functionality is available after signing the contract and is implemented as a software application system.
The Biletarium platform is designed to: stimulate domestic and inbound tourism in Russia; provide museums with the possibility of E-commerce; popularize national cultural values; help tourists in a convenient and profitable format to purchase services to visit museums; help museums attract foreign visitors; help companies that have contracts with the objects of the show to increase the number of sold excursion services.
The official release of the project is scheduled for autumn 2020. In addition, the company has already planned steps to promote the platform on the international market, this initiative is supported by industry communities and committees.
